For The Love Of It!

This is a new initiative run in conjunction with Canoeing Ireland to encourage and expose junior paddlers to different kayaking disciplines!

BLOCK1:

Each Tuesday evening between 26th April to 17th May with one day at Clonmel on the weekend of 22/23 May. This will be a mix of freestyle, open and slalom.

BLOCK2:

Each Tuesday evening between 31st May to 21st June with the Paddlewest weekend on the weekend of 28th June. This will be a mix of freestyle, open and slalom.

Attendance:

• Attendees must be Wild Water Kayak Club Junior Members
• Target age range is 8 to 16
• Attire: Wetsuit with a wind proof top
• Children must be able to swim 25metres
• We supply boats paddles and helmets as required

Time and Location:

Each Tuesday evening 18:00 to 20:00 at Wild Water Club (except the weekends at Clonmel and Paddlefest)
